- The enquiry form asks for what we need to respond usefully.
- Office hours
- Monday to Friday, 9am–5.30pm. Messages left outside those hours are picked up when we are next in.
- Coverage
- All of London, concentrated in the centre and the west, plus country moves out of the capital.
What to tell us
- Both addresses, and roughly how many floors at each.
- Whether either building is porter-managed or in a private square.
- Anything that will need crating rather than wrapping.
- Whether any part of the household is going into storage.
- Whether you would prefer unbranded vehicles.
What we will not ask for
Valuations, photographs for our own use, or permission to name you anywhere. If you would rather not describe particular items in writing, say so and we will discuss them at the survey instead.
